Private amounts.
Public rules.
Softseco builds confidential, compliant payments on Solana. The amount stays encrypted and every transfer still follows the token's rules.
A confidential dollar, by design.
eUSD is a full-reserve dollar stablecoin planned under MiCA, redeemable one to one. Launch targeted for the first half of 2028.
Live on Solana devnet.

will work
Read the whitepaperWho can read the amount?
A confidential transfer encrypts the amount for the sender, the recipient and a designated auditor. Solana checks zero-knowledge proofs that the transfer is valid, so the number itself never appears on-chain.
Encrypt
Balances and amounts are encrypted with Token-2022 confidential transfers. Wallets decrypt them locally.
Enforce
A compliance hook checks every transfer against allowlists and blocklists, and records the reason for each action on-chain.
Disclose
An auditor key, held off-chain, opens a single transfer on lawful request. Each use leaves a hash commitment on-chain.

Why eUSD?
Private by default
Amounts and balances stay encrypted. Only the sender, the recipient and a designated auditor can read them.
Built for regulation
Designed as an e-money token under MiCA, with lawful disclosure and on-chain rules for every transfer.
A standard Solana token
Built on Solana's Token-2022 program, used unmodified, so eUSD stays compatible with the wallets and indexers built for it.
Fast, around the clock
Settles in seconds on Solana, 24/7, with no protocol fee.
eUSD is not yet issued. Launch targeted for the first half of 2028, after authorisation.
One dollar for every kind of payment.
What eUSD is designed for, once it is live.
Peer-to-peer payments
Send dollars to anyone at any hour. The amount stays between you and the recipient.
Payroll
Pay salaries on-chain without publishing who earns what.
Supplier invoices
Settle invoices without showing your suppliers, prices and volumes to competitors.
Treasury
Hold and move company balances without exposing them on a block explorer.
Exchange listings
A MiCA e-money token that venues can list under their existing licence.
OTC and settlement
Settle trades and business transfers in seconds, 24/7, with no protocol fee.
Two licences, two markets, and more in the future.
The EU licence comes first, from Malta's financial regulator, the MFSA. The United States follows it.
European Union
E-money institution licence · MiCAThe licence MiCA requires to issue an e-money token. With it, eUSD can be offered across the European Economic Area. Our planned issuer, Softseco Digital Assets Distribution EU Ltd in Malta, will apply to the MFSA.
United States
Payment stablecoin issuer · GENIUS ActThe approval the GENIUS Act requires to issue a payment stablecoin in the United States. Either our Maltese issuer registers with the OCC, or our US subsidiary applies for its own licence.
