The Softseco mark in blue glass, dissolving into small cubes

Changing stablecoin privacy, step by step.

Softseco is building a confidential digital dollar for Europe: developer tools first, then funding, a licence and eUSD. From Poland, with the plan and the code in public.

A digital banknote, not a public spreadsheet.

Cash keeps its amount between the people who hold it. The first stablecoins copied cash's speed and its par value, but put every amount on a public ledger.

eUSD is designed to be the second kind: amounts encrypted on-chain for the people using it, and a clear, lawful view for the people supervising it.

What has happened so far.

The roadmap
July 2026First releases

The Confidential Transfers SDK and Sentinel, the compliance hook, are published as open source.

September 2026The SDK moves to the standard

Version 2.0 derives keys the way Solana's own tools do; 3.0 adds withdraw and the current Solana libraries.

September 2026PAPER on devnet

The whole design runs on Solana devnet: identity check, one-to-one mint and redeem, confidential transfers, auditor and disclosure register.

September 2026The documents

Whitepaper, litepaper, one-pager and investor FAQ, version 3.0, written towards MiCA.

Autumn 2026A playground anyone can open

The SDK runs in a browser tab on devnet, including a compliance rule refusing a payment.

October 2026Colosseum

Entered in Colosseum's Crypto World's Fair hackathon, with the prior work disclosed.

12 October 2026SDK 3.3.0, Rust 3.0.0

One wallet prompt per transfer, auditor reports as CSV, and a Rust crate with withdraw.

Mid-October 2026Sentinel 2.2 and 2.3

Freezes with the reason on record, and a freeze authority that can be handed on. 2.3.0 is on npm.

Founder of Softseco.

Softseco was founded in Poland by Joachim Szamborski. He wrote the software released so far, the Confidential Transfers SDK, Sentinel and the PAPER prototype on Solana devnet, as well as the whitepaper and the other documents. He is also an athlete, and runs the project the same way: steady work, measured progress, and nothing claimed that cannot be checked.

Today Softseco is the work of one person. The seed round, planned for Q1 2027, is meant to change that: a senior Rust engineer first, then a head of compliance in Malta, a security officer and a second engineer. It also brings the companies: Softseco, Inc. in Delaware as the parent, an e-money issuer in Malta and a US subsidiary. Before mainnet, control passes from one person to shared rules: a 2-of-3 admin multisig, a treasury multisig with a 48-hour time lock, and named compliance officers.

The future of Softseco.

The aim is a confidential digital dollar that is licensed, audited and used every day, by businesses and by people. These are plans, in the order they are meant to happen, and each step depends on funding and on supervisors.

Tools that are ready for production

Arcantis and Vigilantis, independently audited, for any team that needs confidential, compliant payments on Solana.

A licensed issuer, then eUSD

An e-money institution in Malta, authorized under MiCA. eUSD is planned for the first half of 2028, only after authorization.

Beyond Europe

The United States as the second licence, from mid-2028. In the long run, a licence in each major dollar market, with partners reaching the countries in between.

More than one currency

eEUR on the same confidential design, so a business can hold and move dollars and euros on one rail.
